Departmental HR 

• Prepare the performance evaluation form and supporting documents within the department.
• The official Performance Evaluation Form: ปพ.จุฬา 1-3 
• Each faculty conducts the performance evaluation internally.
• Record performance scores in the SAP system.
• Notify the evaluation results to the employee for acknowledgment.
• Record salary adjustment record for the April and October cycle
• Submit salary adjustment documents for Off-Budget Permanent employees to the University for further processing.

HRBP 

• Verify the accuracy of all submitted documents.
• Recheck information accuracy within the system, then assign budget unit info.
• Issue Salary Adjustment Orders of the Off-Budget Permanent Employees for the April and October cycles 
• Issue Salary Adjustment Orders for faculties/departments
