จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย คว้ารางวัลจากงาน Thailand HR Innovation Award 2024

วันที่ 26 พฤศจิกายน 2567 ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิเลิศ ภูริวัชร อธิการบดี จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ให้เกียรติขึ้นรับรางวัล จาก ดร.สุวิทย์ เมษินทรีย์ อดีตรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม ในงาน Thailand HR Day 2024 ณ โรงแรม เซ็นทาราแกรนด์ แอท เซ็นทรัลพลาซ่า ลาดพร้าว ในฐานะที่จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยได้รับรางวัลจากการประกวด Thailand HR Innovation Award 2024 โดยสมาคมการจัดการงานบุคคลแห่งประเทศไทย (PMAT)

โดยในวันที่ 27 พฤศจิกายน 2567 จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยจะเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม Sharing Track C : HR Innovation Showcase ในงาน Thailand HR Day 2024 ณ โรงแรม เซ็นทาราแกรนด์ แอท เซ็นทรัลพลาซ่า ลาดพร้าว ตั้งแต่เวลา 16.00 – 16.30 น. โดยมีนายโภไคย ศรีรัตโนภาส ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดี ด้านบริหารงานบุคคล และ นางสาวฐาปนี ตันติปัญญากุล หัวหน้ากลุ่มภารกิจสารสนเทศด้านทรัพยากรมนุษย์และงานการจัดการอัตรากำลัง เป็นผู้บรรยายในหัวข้อ “งานจุฬาฯ มีคุณค่าสำหรับทุกคน (SDG8) พร้อมเติมเต็มด้วย AI LITERACY” ซึ่งเป็นโครงการที่ได้รับรางวัลจากการประกวด Thailand HR Innovation Award 2024

สำหรับโครงการ “งานจุฬาฯ มีคุณค่าสำหรับทุกคน (SDG8) พร้อมเติมเต็มด้วย AI LITERACY” เป็นการผสมผสานเทคโนโลยีและสร้างวัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้เข้ามาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการดำเนินชีวิตของบุคลากร โดยเป็นการสร้าง Ecosystem ในกระบวนการทำงานของบุคลากรและการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของบุคลากรอย่างยั่งยืน ผ่านการสร้างวัฒนธรรม Digital Culture เพื่อส่งเสริมและผลักดันการใช้เทคโนโลยีให้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการทำงานและการใช้ชีวิต รวมถึงการสร้างวัฒนธรรม Learning Culture เพื่อสร้างวัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยี (AI Literacy) ตลอดจนการสร้างแพลตฟอร์ม Online Learning ซึ่งทั้งหมดนี้สอดคล้องกับค่านิยม Spirit of CHULA ในด้านของ Lifelong Learning และ Agility ที่มุ่งเน้นถึงวัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต และการปรับตัวให้สอดคล้องกับทุกความเปลี่ยนแปลงในอนาคต

Chulalongkorn University Receives the Prestigious Thailand HR Innovation Award 2024

On November 26, 2024, Professor Dr. Wilert Puriwat, President of Chulalongkorn University, accepted the award on behalf of Chulalongkorn University from Dr. Suvit Maesincee, former Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation, during the Thailand HR Day 2024 event held at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao. Chulalongkorn University was honored with the Thailand HR Innovation Award 2024, organized by the Personnel Management Association of Thailand (PMAT).

On November 27, 2024, Chulalongkorn University will participate in Sharing Track C: HR Innovation Showcase at Thailand HR Day 2024, also held at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao. The session will take place from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM and will feature presentations by Mr. Pokai Sriratanobhas, Assistant to the President for Human Resource Management, and Ms. Thapanee Tantipanyakul, Head of HR Strategy and Information Systems. They will present on the topic, “Chula Jobs for Everyone (SDG8): Fulfilled with AI Literacy”, the award-winning project recognized by the Thailand HR Innovation Award 2024.

The project, “Chula Jobs for Everyone (SDG8): Fulfilled with AI Literacy”, integrates technology and a learning-oriented culture into the daily lives of employees. It aims to create an ecosystem that enhances work processes and promotes the sustainable well-being of employees. This is achieved by fostering a Digital Culture, which encourages and supports the integration of technology in both professional and personal contexts. Additionally, it promotes a Learning Culture that focuses on developing technological competencies, particularly AI Literacy, and provides an Online Learning Platform to facilitate ongoing development. This initiative aligns with Spirit of CHULA, emphasizing Lifelong Learning and Agility to adapt effectively to future changes and challenges.
