Orientation Program for New Faculty Members and Researchers at Chulalongkorn University 
Held twice a year (December and July, in accordance with the fiscal year) 

The orientation program is a mandatory course that university employees must attend and successfully complete within one year from the start of their probationary period. If an employee fails to attend the orientation within the specified timeframe or attends but does not pass the course, they will be considered as having failed the probationary evaluation.
