Flexible Benefit

“Flexible Health Benefits” refers to a health benefit system established by Chulalongkorn University, allowing university staff to select benefits that best meet their personal needs. 

Eligible recipients for the Flexible Benefits: 

  • University staff under the subsidy category 
  • University staff under the income category 
  • Security personnel 

The Flexible Benefit amount is set at 2,500 baht per person for fiscal year 2025. 

Staff can start using their flexible benefits from January to October 2025 through the Automated Personnel Service System (CUERP – Fiori) via https://www.cuerpapp.chula.ac.th

Frequently Asked Questions

The personnel eligible for flexible benefits include: 

  1. University staff under the subsidy category 
  2. University staff under the revenue category 
  3. Security staff 
  4. University staff who have transitioned from civil servants 

Flexible benefits can be claimed for 8 items as follows: 

  • Medical treatment/prevention equipment costs 
  • Health insurance premiums for family members 
  • Accident insurance premiums for family members 
  • Physical therapy costs 
  • Dental treatment costs 
  • Additional annual health check-up items 
  • Vaccination costs for disease prevention 
  • Psychological counseling 
  • Body care/beauty services 

Claims can be made from January to October 2025. 

A receipt with a taxpayer identification number (indicating that the payment is made in the name of the personnel or the personnel's immediate family). 

Personnel are entitled to a flexible benefits amount of 2,500 baht.
