The CHULA Newcomers Program: Orientation for New Operational Staff 
Held three times a year (October, March, June, according to the fiscal year) 

The Orientation Program is a mandatory course that university employees must attend and successfully complete within one year from the start of their probationary period. If an employee fails to attend the orientation within the specified time or attends but does not pass the course, they will be considered as having failed the probationary evaluation.
