Human Resources Management Office

The Office of Human Resource Management, Chulalongkorn University, is a central unit that supports the university’s operations. It operates within the Office of the University, which is responsible for management and organizational support. The office oversees personnel matters, including recruitment, selection, appointment, personnel development, performance evaluation, employee welfare, and healthcare services. Additionally, it is responsible for workforce planning, salary and compensation systems, and providing consultation and guidance to university personnel. Its goal is to enhance the quality of life and work efficiency of employees, ultimately contributing to the continued development of Chulalongkorn University.
