Chulalongkorn University is accepting applications for staff accommodation to support personnel in fulfilling their assigned duties efficiently and effectively. This initiative aims to assist staff who do not have housing in Bangkok or whose current residence is inconvenient for commuting to work. The university offers three dormitories:

The dormitory is provided to facilitate and enhance the efficiency of personnel in performing their duties, including property maintenance and security. Employees in these roles may apply for residence through their respective departments, which will rank applicants for accommodation consideration.
Dormitory residents are accommodated in cycles of two years. Chulanivas Dormitory is structured as an apartment-style complex with 196 rooms.

If personnel wish to stay and a room is available, they can submit a request memo through their supervisor to the Welfare Affairs Group.
There are two types of rooms available:
Maintenance Fee (Rental Fee)
Floors 3 - 6
Floors 7 - 14
Maximum Duration: 2 Years
No more than 5 people.
Electricity Fee: Charged monthly based on the electricity usage recorded on the meter in each room, at the rate charged to the university by the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (5 THB per unit).
Water Fee:
Security Deposit: 5,000 THB, deducted from the monthly salary at a rate of 1,000 THB per month until the full amount is paid.
University personnel at level P9 who have been working at the university for no less than one year.
"Primary Resident"
University personnel categorized as government officials, permanent university employees, university staff, security and traffic personnel, and other personnel whose residence is deemed necessary for university duties.
"Co-Resident"
Individuals authorized to reside in the dormitory with the primary resident, including the resident's spouse, parents, and unmarried legal children.
"Visitor"
A person who is not a primary or co-resident but occasionally visits Chula Niwas Dormitory, such as once a week or once a month.
The initial security deposit is 2,000 THB, which will be deducted from the salary at a rate of 200 THB per month until the full amount of 2,000 THB is paid.
The maintenance fee is 1,000 THB per month for a family room and 250 THB per person per month for a shared room.
Electricity Fee → Collected monthly based on actual consumption recorded on the room's electricity meter, at a rate of 5 THB per unit, as charged by the Metropolitan Electricity Authority.
Water Fee → Collected monthly based on actual consumption recorded on the room's water meter, at a rate of 17 THB per unit, as charged by the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority.

Electricity Fee: Charged monthly based on actual consumption recorded on the room’s electricity meter at the rate charged by the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (5 THB per unit).
