Temporary Employee

Submission of Manpower Request for Temporary Employee position

Responsible person 

Details 

Departmental HR 

  • Submit Temporary Employee Manpower Request Memorandum along with the following documents,   
  • Temporary Employee Manpower Request (the department must declare the project details, necessity, objectives, job descriptions of the position, proposed salary, and the origin of the budget for the position). 
  • Job Descriptions (JD) and Assignment Sheet (AS)  

HRBP 

  • Recheck document completion, then forward the documents to the Secretariat Affairs Division 

Secretariat Affairs Division 

  • Prove/analyze the information, and submit for approval from the Human Resources Management Committee 
  • Send the Acknowledgement letter regarding the approval for Temporary Employee manpower to the department 

Departmental HR 

  • Proceed with recruitment and selection activities for the approved position 
  • Submit the request for employment approval to the Division of Employee Management and Partnership one to two months prior to the intended starting date 

Process of Temporary Employee/International Faculty employment

  • Send a request for employment approval along with the following documents to the Office of Human Resources Management at least one to two months prior to the intended starting date. 
  • List of documents that must be submitted to the HRBP, the Division of Employee Management and Partnership 
  • Request of Temporary Employee Employment memorandum 
  • Acknowledgement letter regarding the approval for Temporary Employee manpower   
  • Hiring Request Form 
  • Temporary Employee Contract (พม. 34)     
  • Job Description 
  • Assignment Sheet 
  • Temporary Employee Job Application (พม.33)  
  • Medical Certification (In the case of hiring persons over 60 years of age) 
  • A copy of the Thai National ID Card  
  • A copy of the House Registration 
  • A copy of Transcript(s) 
  • A copy of Academic Certificate(s) 
  • Allowance Declaration Form  
  • The copy certifies military service or a certificate of exemption from military service  
  • A copy of a bankbook (The page showing the bank account number) 
  • A copy of the Passport (for foreign nationals)  
  • A copy of a visa (for foreign nationals)  
  • A Copy of the Work Permit (For foreign nationals)  
  • A Copy of the Taxpayer Identification card (For foreign nationals)  

 

List of documents that must be submitted to the Division of Employee Wellness and Welfare 

  • Social Security Fund Form SPS.1-03   

HRBP  

  • Check the document completion 
  • Submit the hiring details via the SAP system 
  • Issue a Hiring Order, then forward it to the employee’s affiliated department
