July 1, 1973

Establish a “Personnel Unit” with the status equivalent to a “Department,” consisting of personnel management, document management, and clerical tasks (administration).

March 1, 1977

The “Personnel Unit” was upgraded to the “Personnel Division,” incorporating relevant departments from other divisions. Additional units were also established, consisting of: 

  • Personnel administration, general affairs, and documentation and printing section (administrative) 
  • Welfare Department 
  • Statistics and Biography Department 
  • Disciplinary and Legal Affairs Unit 
  • Training Unit 
  • Administrative Unit 

Year 1996 (B.E. 2539)

Before the academic administration reform, the Personnel Division was divided into 6 sections: 

  • Personnel Administration 
  • Welfare 
  • Records and Registration 
  • Disciplinary and Legal Affairs 
  • Training 
  • Administration 

March 27, 1997

In its 572nd meeting, the University Council approved the restructuring of the “Office of the President,” renaming it the “University Office” and reorganizing its structure accordingly. 

October 1, 1999

In its 599th meeting, the University Council approved the organizational structure of the University Office, effective from October 1, 1999. The Personnel Division and the General Affairs Division were restructured and upgraded to the “Office of Human Resource and System Management,” comprising the following sections

Personnel Administration Division

  • Legal Affairs Unit

Administrative Activities

November 1, 2000

The organizational structure was revised, changing the “Office of Human Resource and System Management” to the “Office of Human Resources Administration.” The new structure consisted of

Personnel Administration Division

  • Personnel Administration Unit 1 (renamed from Personnel Administration Unit 1) 
  • Personnel Administration Unit 2 (renamed from Personnel Administration Unit 2) 
  • Registration and Services Unit 
  • Welfare Unit (newly added)

Central Management Division 

  • Personnel Development Unit 
  • Library and Protocol Unit 
  • Meeting Management Unit (newly added) 
  • Legal Affairs Unit

Administrative Activities 

May 1, 2011

The organizational structure was revised as follows: 

  • The Meeting Management Unit and Academic Senate Affairs (WJ) were transferred to the Office of the University Council. 
  • The Library and Protocol Unit was separated to form the Central Administration Center. 
  • The Legal Affairs Unit was separated to form the Legal and Litigation Center. 

 

The Office of Human Resources Administration was restructured into the following divisions: 

  • Personnel System Development Division 
  • Personnel Administration Division 
  • Personnel Data and Information Unit 
  • Personnel Development Division 
  • Administrative Activities 

 

July 4, 2020

The Office of Human Resources Administration underwent a structural reorganization, now comprising: 

  • Human Resource Strategy Planning and Organizational Development Division 
  • Human Resource Administration Division 
  • Human Resource Benefits and Welfare Division (new division) 
  • Human Resource Learning and Development Division 
  • Central Administration Task Group
