Chulalongkorn University has a policy to provide support and compensation to university personnel who become ill or are injured as a result of their work. To this end, the university has established a compensation and assistance scheme to help cover medical expenses for employees, in addition to the benefits provided under the Workmen’s Compensation Fund as mandated by law.
Guidelines:
The university will reimburse medical expenses for employees who suffer work-related injuries or illnesses only for the portion that is not covered by the Workmen’s Compensation Fund, or in addition to the amount already received from the fund.
