The University Council approved the organization restructuring.
On March 27, 1997. At its 572 nd Meeting, the University Council approved the organization restructuring. The “Office of the President” was renamed to “University Office”, and its organizational charts and structure were updated.

The Personnel Division and the General Affairs Division were restructured and upgraded to the “Office of Human Resource and System Management”, comprised of the following sections,

On May 1, 2011. Transferred the Meeting Management Unit and Faculty Promotion Committee Secretariat (FPCS) to be under the University Council. The Library Resources and Protocol Unit was separated to found the “Center of Central Administration”. The Legal Affairs Unit was separated to found the “Center of Law and Legal Affairs”.
