Resignation

University Employee

University Employees’ contract will be terminated upon “resignation” once, 

The employee had notified the supervisor and submitted a resignation letter at least one month prior to the date of resignation.  The employee must receive the supervisor’s approval of resignation before the employee can resign. 

Temporary Employee

Temporary Employees who wish to resign from employment at Chulalongkorn University should submit the Resignation Letter (พม.15) to their supervisor at least one month prior to the date of resignation.

Employee 

  • Submit the Resignation Letter (พม.15) to the supervisor/ departmental HR at least one month prior to the date of resignation 

Departmental HR  

  • Issue a Resignation Order + the Resignation Letter (พม.15), present to the head of the department for approval. 
  • Send the documents to the Office of Human Resources Management 

HRBP  

  • Submit the resignation details via the SAP system 
  • Issue a Termination of University Employee Order 
  • Forward the Termination of University Employee Order to the department HR
