Overseas Assignment
Refers to short-term official assignments abroad (not exceeding 15 days). This is not considered a type of leave and does not count toward any leave entitlement.
International Meetings Abroad
Includes seminars, conferences (regardless of their specific titles), business negotiations, and other work-related activities held overseas.
International Conferences
Refers to meetings organized by international organizations, and also includes conferences hosted by the government of any country with participation from representatives of two or more countries.

In the case where the applicant is a government official, permanent government budget employee, Vice President, Assistant President, or Dean, the request must be submitted to the President for approval.
In the case where the applicant is a University Employee or a Temporary employee,
The faculty/unit must submit an official memo to the Office of Human Resources Management for review.
An official memo from the faculty/unit and an invitation letter from the organization, which is signed by the Dean.

The request must be sent at least 10 working days prior.
Employees from faculties/units who are renewing their contracts. They must be registered in the University's Payroll system.
Attending a workshop, serving as a speaker at an academic conference, engaging in research development activities, participating in research training, or collecting research data as part of a project.
Approximately 5 working days
Send an Official memo notifying of the travel cancellation/ Adjustment to the Office of Human Resources Management for further proceedings.
The approved cover letter and supporting documents can be used to proceed with the passport application.
The applicant must also upload the signed approval document in the Fiori system to create a travel notification request.
